MEET THE TEAM AT DAVIS VEIN & VASCULAR

SERVICING THE GREATER HOUSTON AREA

Welcome to Davis Vein & Vascular

Dr. John W. Davis is a diplomate of the American Board of Thoracic Surgery and has been in practice since 2004. He completed his fellowship at Texas Heart Institute with world-renowned surgeon, Denton Cooley. During his fellowship training, he was also performing a variety of surgical procedures for disease of the lungs and esophagus at MD Anderson.

Dr. Davis currently specializes in complex procedures involving blood vessels of the upper and lower extremity with a particular interest in arterial limb ischemia and limb salvage. He also treats all venous diseases of the upper and lower extremity.
Dr. Davis understands the devastating complications that lower extremity amputations cause and will go beyond what other interventionalists may think possible regarding limb salvage. As a surgeon he brings an unbiased approach to treating vascular disease as is able to objectively deal with problems both from a surgical as well as interventional perspective, thus affording patients the best opportunity for complete revascularization.

Over his career Dr. Davis has developed minimally invasive strategies for limb salvage that can be performed without surgery in a safe and comfortable setting for patients. Dr. Davis has completed over 15,000 of these cases, most of which were quite complex, sometimes daunting, and often very time-consuming. In the last three years he has performed over 1,200 of these procedures in his owned and operated office-based lab (OBL) in Kingwood, Texas. In the OBL, he and his staff have consistently demonstrated quality and compassionate care. Patients are given the attention they deserve and are treated like family.

Dr. Davis looks forward to partnering with you in treating your patients with arterial and venous disease. Please see below for a comprehensive list of services Dr. Davis and his staff provide at Davis Vein & Vascular Center.
